Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import taxes and duties (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Bambuddha is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

Cut-off dates are scheduled 4 days before the shipment cut-off dates to account for the order processing time.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at happy@bambuddha.ca with your name and order # and we will look into it for you.

Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds
We accept returns up to 45 days after shipping confirmation email was sent. The product must be unused and in original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at happy@bambuddha.ca with your order number and a photo so we can resolve this for you.
